Simple Abundance
Can you feel the rising tide of people craving simple abundance?
I can feel it in every conversation I am having at the moment. I am witnessing it more and more in my clients every day.
Yes, we want financial abundance to support us in living a life of true freedom. And I love supporting my clients to rewrite their relationship with money so that they can welcome more of it into their lives.
But more than that, I feel a groundswell of people ready to deepen their connection with themselves and with their loved ones. People who want to understand themselves more, who want to know what they really want out of life rather than what they have been schooled to aim for. I hear parents telling me that they don't want to miss their kid's childhoods in a blur of a thousand commitments and unsustainable stress levels. I hear fathers who feel boxed in by our cultural norms just as much as mothers do.......fathers who feel the pressure to be the 'provider' for their families but who also truly crave more connection with their families and time to do the things that make their hearts smile. I hear mothers who are exhausted by the constant narrative in their heads that turns every single thing that their child experiences into a judgement of how good/bad a mother they must be.
I hear people telling me that they no longer want to work in jobs or companies or industries that are misaligned with their own values. They want to feel lit up and inspired by their work and the people they work with. It doesn't need to look like a hugely successful career to the outside world, it just needs to feel authentic and aligned with them.
I feel a rising tide of people craving the kind of abundance that only a deep connection with our natural world brings. The staring-up-into-the-brilliance-of-a-thousand-stars-in-the-night-sky kind of abundance. The soul elixir of witnessing the majesty of the sunrise and sunset.
What is your soul craving? And what is one small change you can make right now to create your life of simple abundance?
