When Less Is More
Sometimes when you're craving MORE, the answer lies in having LESS.
I'm all about creating a life that feels abundant. A better relationship with money, and more of it? Absolutely. But sometimes the creation of a more abundant life actually lies in having LESS:
LESS stuff - a decluttered home can feel expansive, liberating and oh so abundant! And it's less of a drain on your time and energy when you have less stuff to tidy up, clean and maintain and you truly enjoy the things you do have
LESS time commitments - a decluttered diary creates mental space and an abundance of time to just be. Beautiful blank white space in your diary is an invitation to create the kind of day you're craving rather than trying to wedge your needs between the cracks of all the places you need to be and the people you need to meet
LESS money commitments - when you reduce the number of things you commit your money to, you can reduce the number of hours you need to work to pay for those things. Often, those things we commit our money to are things we use to soothe/numb ourselves as a reward for working so hard. It becomes a bit of a self fulfilling trap, no? And when you step out of that trap, it can feel like you've been given the keys to a secret kingdom full of abundance! A Monday spent at the beach instead of at the office? Yes please!
Where in your life could you create MORE by having LESS?
